The mission of Shethos is to cultivate an inclusive environment that supports and encourages women to advance their skills and leadership potential through connection, mentorship, collaboration, and discussion.

Our goal is to build an open community for women at Ethos where they feel supported and comfortable sharing their stories, concerns, and questions. Each month, we pick a different topic to discuss together — from personal finance, to relationship building, to career development. We also host regular coffee chats, happy hours, and cooking classes to get to know one another in a more casual setting.

We promote female empowerment in the Ethos workplace by providing concrete tools and actionable tips for career growth. This may entail a panel discussion with our female leadership at Ethos or a fireside chat with a guest speaker from another company. Each panel features different topics, including leadership, networking, and entrepreneurship.

Lastly, we strive to support current Ethos female employees as they work to accomplish their goals — strengthening each other by pushing each other. We launched a mentorship program in 2022 to foster a more in-depth relationship between the senior and junior members of our organization.
