Peter is passionate about protecting millions of families. Before Co-Founding Ethos, Peter and Co-Founder Lingke started Ovid Corp, an insurance auction platform that was acquired in 2019. He received his MBA from Stanford University and enjoys spending time with his family and playing chess.

As Co-founder and President, Lingke Wang is responsible for software development, company scale and growth. Prior to Ethos, Lingke and Ethos Co-founder Peter Colis started Ovid Corp, an insurance auction platform that was acquired in 2019. Lingke started his career at Morgan Stanley and received his MBA from Stanford University.

Kunal Mehta, Chief Financial Officer, leads Ethos’ Financial Strategy and Business Ops functions. Prior to Ethos, Kunal held Senior roles at Adobe and DocuSign where he scaled Sales Strategy, Partnerships and Corporate Strategy functions. His career includes stints at Intuit, Deutsche Bank and PwC. He has an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth.

Vipul Sharma, Chief Technology Officer, leads Ethos’ Technology & Strategy. Vipul joined Ethos as VP of Engineering in 2019. Prior, Vipul held engineering leadership positions at Indeed and Eventbrite and founded Simppler, an employee referral platform that was later acquired. He earned an MS in computer science from the University of Houston.

Erin Lantz, Chief Revenue Officer, leads Sales, Partnerships, CX and Ops teams. Prior to Ethos, Erin built and scaled operations for Zillow Group and Bank of America. Erin sits on the boards for TrueCar, Inc (NASDAQ: TRUE) and Blend (NYSE: BLND). She received her MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Troy Thompson, Chief Actuary, leads Product Strategy and Actuarial Product Development to help Ethos transform the way insurance is designed and underwritten. Troy previously served as Chief Actuary at Legal & General America. Troy is a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries.

Allyson Savage, Chief of Staff, VP of Internal Comms, leads Communication Strategies and Strategic Planning. She previously served as VP of Marketing & Comms for Wunderman Thompson, leading the marketing and communications that integrated two of the industry’s biggest agencies. She holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco.

Hemant Raju is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Ethos. Prior to joining Ethos, he served as the VP and CISO at Bill.com and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional with over 20 years of experience. Hemant graduated in Computer Science from IIT-Roorkee and holds a Stanford Advanced Computer Security Certificate.

Marty Schafer, Chief Distribution Officer, leads Channel Distribution and Insurance Partnerships with third party life insurance distributors and insurance agents. Prior to Ethos, Marty was an SVP at Crump Life Insurance Services, VP at John Hancock, and co-founded Saybrus Partners, a distribution company.

Nichole Myers, Chief Underwriter, is responsible for growing Ethos' underwriting offerings, as well as leading overall underwriting strategy and execution. Prior to Ethos, Nichole was SVP and Underwriting Innovation Lead for the Americas at Swiss Reinsurance Company, and held various senior level roles at MIB Solutions Inc. and Met Life.

Porter Nolan is the General Counsel at Ethos and leads Ethos’ Legal and Compliance team. Prior to Ethos, Porter worked on the corporate legal team at Amazon, and he served as a Major in the US Army Reserve JAG Corps. He received his JD and MBA degrees from Tulane.

Brett Wilson is the VP of Partner Operations at Ethos. Previously he spent 16 years at Old Mutual Limited, where his roles included Chief Actuary of their China joint venture and Chief Financial Officer of their Latin America division. Brett holds an M.S. in Management from Stanford University and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.

Prassath Leelakrishnan, Vice President of Consumer, leads the Product, Engineering, and Growth Marketing teams responsible for Ethos’ Direct to Consumer business. Prior to Ethos, Prassath built and scaled multiple advertising and consumer product lines at Meta and Twitch. He received his MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
