Congrats on your client’s approval! Here's what to expect before they are activated.

How will my client know they are approved?

Once a client has been approved in underwriting, a member of the Ethos Partnership Activation Team will reach out to guide them through the final steps to policy activation.

They can expect a pre-call text alert, followed by a phone call from our Activation Team where a representative will explain the Ethos relationship with you, details of the approval, and payment options to activate coverage. They’ll also receive a follow-up email recapping everything discussed.
